Upcoming Events
Condominium Owners Association (COA) events are a great way to get the community together and build camaraderie.
At Vintage Oaks these activities are identified on a monthly calendar for homeowners.
These events provide the opportunity for members to create and deepen relationships within your association by bringing everyone together. It can create positive relationships — both between the COA and its residents as well.

Board Meetings
A COA meeting is a gathering where residents and COA board members discuss community-related topics. The board is required to prepare and conduct them.
There are different types of COA meetings and each one serves a different purpose. Many different topics are covered during such encounters, such as:

-
Disputes among residents
-
Emergencies and disasters

Archives
COA archives contain official documents. Members are allowed to copy and review COA's official records maintained by the association.

Condominium Owners also have access to appropriate association books and records. Your association allows homeowners access to appropriate community records, association reserve funds, financial reports, reserve study findings, master insurance policy, meeting minutes, and other records detailed enough to provide you with an understanding of the association’s overall status.
